Election Begins June 1, 2018
The ARS Triennial Election begins on Friday, June 1, 2018.
Here are a few things you need to know:
The American Rose Society headquarters is not facilitating this election. There will not be a voting link on our website, only an election information page.
We have hired the outside election company, Intelliscan, to facilitate the election. Each voter will receive a personal email with their name from Intelliscan that will give them access to vote once.
These emails will be sent out at 9:00 a.m. CST Friday, June 1st 2018. However, it may take up to 6 hours for the thousands of emails to make it into every voter’s email inbox. Do not worry. Give it time to arrive and check your junk, spam or other folders.
Election Dates and Times
Starts: Friday - June 1, 2018 9:00 am Central Standard Time
Ends: Friday - July 27, 2018 at Noon Central Standard Time.
This voting system by Intelliscan will be much easier than the online voting you have used before in ARS elections. It’s simple, quick and easy!
All Bylaws are available for your review.
All Candidate information is available for your review.
You cannot accidentally vote twice.
All votes are confidential.
You will be able to review all your votes before hitting “submit”.
If you accidentally skip an item, you will be reminded.
Your personal voting link is only for you and will only work once.
The voting link cannot be shared.
Once your vote is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you have not voted by July 9th, 2018, you will receive a reminder email on that day.
If you have not voted by July 16th, 2018, you will receive a final reminder email on that day.
Voting closes at Noon Central Standard Time Friday, July 27th 2018.

REMEMBER: May 15th 2018, was the deadline to join or renew your membership in order to vote. The voter list was finalized on that date and your membership status on that date will stand in this election. This deadline was shared with all members repeatedly through American Rose magazine, Roses & You members e-newsletter, renewal emails and on the website. May15th was the deadline date to be registered to vote (ARS vote eligible membership) and after that date nothing can be added, changed or removed.
