10:15-10:45: Tomato and Salsa Tasting contest!
Submit your biggest, tastiest, ugliest, and sweetest tomatoes to be tasted and judged by seminar participants. At the same time, we’ll have a Salsa-Tasting Contest! Got a fave recipe for salsa? Bring it along with your finest salsa for some sharing and tasting and eating! Winners to be announced at the close of the seminar. Chips will be provided for the tasting.

11:00-Noon: Jan Tilley, MS, RD, LD from San Antonio, TX
Jan is a Food Consultant, and Nutritionist who will show us how to prepare healthy recipes from your garden, best practices in selecting vegetables from local markets, and her favorite recipes from garden to table. Jan will be selling her great cookbook, and will also be sharing some of her greatest recipes for you to try.
