The large circular garden as you enter and exit the property is the Dr. Hugh & Betty Pavey Buckeye garden. This dramatic and colorful mass planting of roses was heavily damaged in the 2013 EF1 tornado that struck the area.

New roses were donated by Weeks Roses to the Buckeye District of the American Rose Society and planted here in February 2014. Some of the roses to enjoy include the yellow floribunda ‘Julia Child’. Also note the medium red ‘Let Freedom Ring’ hybrid tea rose and the lovely orange-pink ‘Coretta Scott King’ grandiflora rose. Finally, be sure to see the ‘Neil Diamond’ hybrid tea rose, its striped red and white petals make it easy to pick out when in bloom. And the newly released red blend ‘Dick Clark’ grandiflora rose.
